“Town Writing” (of Kotor) is a work in progress carried out by students, teachers and associates of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Cetinje. The Town Writing project has been inspired by Kotor. The project is based on the creative process and interaction with both town and people. The project “lives” with the town, its citizens, chance passers-by and the audience.
The Art Workshop of the Faculty of Fine Arts  happens at Piazza of Skaljari. The workshop is based on a series of techniques of fine and applied arts. In the interaction of its participants with passers-by (citizens of Kotor and tourists), it offers a joint experience and the opportunity for all of them to shape their emotions about the town. The result of this joint communication and interaction is the creation of a poster, object, graphic print, art photography, carnival mask or a clay instrument ocarina. The final output of the workshop is – an installation made of metal created during the course of the programme.
